1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

1.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required 7 days before the departure date. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of your booking.

1.3 Methods of Payment: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply from the date we receive your written notification:

3.2 Company Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 Requirement: It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, and trip cancellations.

5. Passports and Visas

5.1 Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and the necessary visas for the countries they are visiting.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Requirements: Customers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate in the tour.

6.2 Safety Standards: We adhere to local safety standards and regulations. Customers must comply with the safety instructions given by our tour guides.
