Welcome to Bliss Hotel & Resorts! These booking policies outline the terms and conditions for booking tour packages through our website, in accordance with Indian government regulations. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following policies.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation Process:
- To reserve a tour package, complete the booking form on our website.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total tour cost.

- It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, and trip cancellations.
5. Passports and Visa

- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and the necessary visas for the destinations they are visiting.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
6. Health and Safety

- Customers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer deemed medically unfit.
